Here at Smile Hub Dental Clinic in Bayside Medical Centre, our dentists are partners with Humm Finance. Humm allows you to buy now and pay later for items in many companies. In simple terms, Humm is an easy alternative to paying for goods from Humm partnering companies. Humm allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over time. Each partner has different plans to offer, so it is best to check with each partner. Humm allows you to pay for your dental treatment in monthly instalments. One of dentists will formulate a customised treatment plan to meet your clinical, personal and financial needs. An in-depth discussion of all your treatment options, the number of dental visits and the associated costs are provided for all our valued patients. A member of our dental team will help you select the Humm plan that suits you and you can even pay the amount back early with no penalties.

How Does it Work?

When you receive your Smile Hub treatment plan, you can decide if you will need a payment plan. Go onto the Humm website and apply for the amount and type of plan you will need. When completing a Humm application, please ensure that you are not using Internet Explorer. There is an upfront fee of €40 for application, monthly account keeping fee (dependent on your plan) & interest per month after your interest free period is over are applicable depending on your bespoke plan. Humm will confirm if you are eligible for a payment plan. When you come back for your treatment, all you have to do is let us know that you are paying with Humm when you checkout. This will complete your Humm purchase.

To be eligible for Humm you must :

Be at least 18 years of age
Provide proof of PPS number & address
Be an Irish citizen or permanent resident of Ireland
Earn a minimum taxable income of €1,000 per month
Have a current credit/debit card and a photo ID
Have a good credit history

There are different payment plans which can be chosen depending on the amount you plan to spend. Treatments below €500 are interest free and can be paid back in 5 fortnightly or 3 monthly payments. For larger treatments you can spend up to €30,000 and can pay it back over 6 years.

How does humm work?

Humm is a retail instalment payment plan facility! Humm allows you to spread the cost of your purchase across our partner stores. Each store has different plans to offer, so best check plans with your chosen partner store (retailer). It’s that simple! Complete a Humm application (please ensure that you are not using Internet Explorer) and we will assess it for you. If you are approved for finance with Humm, you can use this approval to make purchases in multiple Retail Partner Stores!

Can I buy more than one thing?

Yes you can have contracts with multiple partners

What documents are required?

If you have not fully submitted your application for assessment, you can resume and complete the application through our website, provided you have received a Resume Code. This code appears in the Privacy email you would have received when you requested your Consent Code.
